LiveRider is the first professional wireless cycling computer and mounting system designed for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. The free LiveRider cycling/biking app equips users with a full-color touch screen cycling computer interface. LiveRider leverages the advanced features of the iPhone and iPod touch to offer a hi-res color interface, real-time performance feedback, GPS feature, data file system, and performance analysis.
LiveRider comes pre-programmed with all the information needed to start riding, including calibration for all standard tire/rim sizes and support for Metric and English units. LiveRider setup allows custom configuration for multiple bicycles. Data from every cycling session is automatically recorded and saved, and users can view session data statistically or in graph form. Session data can also be exported by email into a spreadsheet or database. LiveRider’s bike Chase Rider feature allows comparison of the current session to any previously saved cycling session. The in-app GPS feature allows users to pinpoint their exact location. For added convenience, LiveRider preserves session data even when the session is interrupted.
